In American English, it's probably one of many, many compound words involving "cunt". Which are pretty crazy.

It matters on who you talk to, everyone it seems is vain enough to claim that their own minority "hate words" are the worst, women have cunt, men have a huge variety, black people have nigger, white people have cracker, asains have chink/gook, ect ect. To me personally I despise the word nigger, though I am white I believe it represents a very dark history of my country.

Mindj. It is the word for "pussy" in Rromanes but it carries much more weight than just female genitalia. It means coward as well. When we say it, we usually spit it and utter it with the utmost of contempt. There are other words that correspond to English cusswords, of course, but mindj is, really, the worst.

Gandu. In Hindi, it actually means 'asshole'. So it is pretty offensive even though in the states it is not as much.

The most offensive "cuss word" would probably be "cunt." But the most offensive word in general would probably be the derogatory term for African-Americans.

Sfigato means litterally without figa (cunt). It means someone that can't find a girl to fuck but it's also used in the female version "sfigata":-) Stronzo is pretty common (piece of shit) and Testa di Cazzo (dick head) well done:-)

In German probably the worst word would be: Arschloch (asshole) But in German we do not have so many bad words as in Italian or in English.
