Since it is the middle of the night I would make a run for my parents house and hope no one will see me. They live only five minutes away. They do not have a spare key unfortunately. But if I was home alone it would mean my husband would be working a nightshift. I would phone him from my parents house and ask him to come home. Anyways I have had these situations too in the past. The only problem was that I did have keys only my roommate was such an idiot to lock the door from the inside. Ofcourse the battery of my cellphone was dead and the deaf idiot didnt hear the doorbell ring. I came home at 5 or 6 am really needed to pee and really wanted to go to bed. In the end I took my bicycle and cycled to my parents house at 8.30 or something. Right on time for breakfast :P. I put my phone in the charger and the rotten idiot calls me. 'Are you coming home today?' 'Sure moron if you unlock the goddamn door!' 'Oh sorry, I wasnt sure you were coming home tonight.' If she wasnt sure why did she lock the door. Paranoid freak she was. I thought I was crazy but she had some real strange ideas about burglars and stuff. Perhaps afraid someone would steal her beautiful chinchilla XD.

I call the friend I left my house key with. I always have a couple around the city!

find an unlocked window, or just break one and figure on replacing it.
