Being in the spot-light sometimes makes me nervous...or being with someone very intimidating. Both situations, I breathe deeply and I think "I am as good as anyone here...and better than some. I am as good as...." over and over. The deep breath oxygenates my body therefore the tension reduces...and my brain registers the uptake of oxygen, sends message to heart to stop pounding so much, and I am fine.

I dont know what happend I used to be nervous all the time. I stayed cool and told myself it wouldnt help to be nervous. i know this sounds wierd but before i stopped being nervous all the time i picked something that someone told me that calms me down for some reason. Mine was when i was skiing my dad told me "just let your skis run kid." and i just let go. i always tell myself that now and im fine with mostly everything usually.

people looking at me, public speaking, meeting people, trying new things, being the center of attention, people watching what i do, writing on a chalkboard, answering questions, asking questions, giving my opinion, spiders, getting yelled at. basically people. i overcome this by avoiding life. i sleep alot or not at all, like right now. apparently i'm missing out on a lot of stuff but that's okay. medicine helps.
