I'd want him to dress in what he's comfortable in. I'm usually more into a jeans and t-shirt kind of guy, but if the guy likes to dress up, more power to him.

A first date for me would be a casual coffee.....so clean jeans/greyskhakis and a clean shirt. Turn-offs: scuffed and dirty shoes; socks and sandals;a bunch of keys hanging from a chain on his belt;white socks and black shoes;dirty nails;glasses with fingerprints on the lenses;overly thin;grossly obese; Turn-ons: good eye contact; nice hands and well-trimmed nails;shiny shoes;twinkling eyes;slightly longer and curly hair;good conversation;a book-reader;animal lover;good thighs;tan

Casual and comfortable..jeans, t-shirt and sneakers are fine with me as long as they're clean. Turn offs: an over dresser..high waters..and wearing pants with the waistband 6 inches above his waist (Ed Grimley..Erkle)

Depending apon the date, if it were casual then decent casual clothes, that could be jeans or pants a big turn off would be if he turned up in shorts and sandals when we were not going to the beach.

I'm not really discriminating as far as clothes go. I would just like him to look comfortable, natural, and clean. After that, it doesn't matter if he's wearing a suit and tie or jeans and a t-shirt, as long as it's appropriate to the place of our date.

Depends on where we are going, first date I think should be casual. Turn offs.... not much effort.

I would want a man to dress half decent and doesn't look like a complete loser. You know, tuck in their shirt, nice jeans, combed hair, brushed teeth...anything that will get my attention. I want us to both be comfortable.
