The UK does not have an Independence Day. When I am in the States we have parties celebrating Independence from my other Nationality. I suppose I will never be free.

I go see fireworks on the Fourth of July.

4th of July, this year I worked 12 1/2 hours. When I don't work on Independence Day, I try to attend a minor league baseball game.

Celebrate with family and a cookout. Then my brother in law who has been working for months on a fireworks display puts on a great show and we all sit around my sisters pool and go OOOH and AAHHHH at all the fireworks. We have it on July 4th..

First of I try to set aside a bit of time to reflect and to honor those who gave their their lives for the freedoms that I and my countrymen enjoy. Then I try to live life to the fullest in their honor, by spending time with family and friends B-B-Qing, drinking and enjoying the festivities such as fireworks, etc.
