Is it possible to upload a picture you want, lets say off of Photobucket, and turn it into your avatar on answerbag? If so, can you please tell me exactly how I can do that? Thanks in advance!

Download the picture onto your local computer, probably as a JPEG. How you do this depends on your browser, but start by right-clicking on the picture, and selecting soething like "Save image as". Then use http://www.coolutils.com/Online-Image-Converter.php to upload it and convert it into a 64x64 GIF.

it is possible first you would have to save the picture you wanted to put as your avatar to your pc to do that simply open the picture from it' s location right click on the pic with your mouse scroll to where it says save picture as click on it and a box will appear telling you where the picture will be saved to usually its to my pictures click ok and the pic should be saved there now click on the link on answerbag that says edit my profile click on the box to edit avatar when prompted to do so click on the box that says browse find the pic you just saved click on it and click on the botton at the bottom of the box that says open and your pic should appear as your avatar
