  • No, the scale knows all.
  • if i'm wearing shoes, i'll take off a pound.
  • I subtract for each article of clothing. I usually get on the scale in winter and lose about 40 lbs. (Yeah right!)
  • for me, I normally go with out my shoes. I try to weigh before I've eaten a meal...like in the morning. If I'm fully dressed, I have to take that into consideration. I once weighed myself with a sweatshirt on and then took it off and I was a whole pound lighter. If its in the summer, I usually keep myself as is, if in the winter, I normally take off my sweatshirt and take that weight. It's not like 1-2 pounds it going to convince me to starve myself.
  • For most of my adult life, I have avoided scales, and the trauma they can bring. I'm not super thin, but I am far from fat. I've been much happier not obsessing over my weight.
  • If I am wearing like 5 layers of clothes I subtract a pound or two, OR if the scale is off (before I step on it, when it's at like 3lbs instead of zero). Just to get an accurate idea. I don't need to worry about weight, it's just I have issues with inaccuracy.
  • No i actually never have. I've never really had an issue with weight, which i am thankful for. I feel for people who can't loose weight, because it's very difficult to be motivated. I weigh 125lb and i haven't really gone up or down from that in a while. I think it's partly, because i have a wheat allergy and for lots of people wheat creates pounds on their body since carbs turn into sugar.
  • Only if I'm holding my handbag and have shoes (not sandals) on, I subtract 2 lbs, like at a carnival for example.
  • If it's that time of month, I subtract a few pounds.
  • I do not need to I use paralax to my advantage!
  • I do if ots 'that' time of the month, just a few punds. And a compulsory 1/2 stone, because my boobs are big, and weigh half a stone each. So, I reason thats not my weight, its them
  • I take off 2 to 10 lbs for clothes and shoes depending on how much I weigh at the time. ;-)
  • if i... am on my period: -3 lbs am fully dressed: -2 lbs just ate a substantial meal: -1 lb. am in pyjamas: -0.5 lbs. if i... am sick: +5 lbs. am dehydrated: +3 lbs.
  • Fully clothed I usually subtract anywhere from 2-5 pounds depending on shoes, coats, etc. If I were you, weigh your clothes first and see how many pounds to shed.
