I remember the day my husband shook me awake and said you have got to come and see this. We are in Australia so didn't hear the news until we woke up in the morning. Our family stayed glued to the TV set, tears streaming down our faces. We just couldn't believe what we were seeing. I still find it hard to believe it happened and when I watch replays it seems so surreal. We will pray for all the lost souls and the families they left behind. God bless

I will most likely do as I do every year and join the family of a dear friend I went to HS with at the reading of the names at ground zero My friend and her husband were two of the tragic souls who died that horrible and tragic day day What makes it even more sad is both of their bodies have never been recovered

i hate to sound cold and i knew some people who died personally, however, anything that I could do wouldn't do anything to help those people who died suddenly and tragically. knowing that they are safe in God's memory brings me comfort and i look forward to a day when they will be restored to life again

I would be a little sad and think, "Wow, it was six years ago."

Since I was in 911 and lost some neighbors and a lady whom I rode the Ferry with, I will probably just stay at home or go to work and reflect on the day. 911 is the last known day to me that I ever prayed. That Is the only good thing that came out of that day for me.
