  • No , when they have to bring children in just to make money , I think thats just gone way to far - I do not like it at all + 5
  • No, I just think its a pathetic idea with a pathetic attempt to profit off of something that I could care less about. By the way, what are they trying to prove? That kids can do things themselves without parental help? I know about independance but children can't do EVERYTHING themselves. There IS a reason why turning 18 makes you an adult, and not 8.
  • Yes I would. I am looking forward to the show myself. When I say yes I would, I assume that there are a lot of legal issues that had to be resolved before they could even move forward with the show. And this also assumes that their physical well being will be taken care of. It's basically mandatory I would think. Of course I would read all contracts and probably be nervous, but then I'm nervous everytime they leave the house for any period of time to some extent. I actually think it would be an incredible opportunity to learn, grow, and mature.
  • NOT for all the money in the universe. Reality tv has gone to far.
  • Heck, if I wasn't too old I might take part in it myself. But I've never heard of this.
  • Not for any amount of money in the world
  • Wasn't there a book about this? I think it was called "Lord of the Flies"
  • I have heard about it and no, I wouldn't want my child to take part in it...it places children in situations that many grownups are unable to handle well...the children are not equipped for it because they are not experienced nor have they lived long enough to make the decisions necessary to build a community and make it work.I think it's just another "reality" show gimmick for the purpose of making big bucks..aren't they all?
