Hypothetically speaking: give me at least 3 good reasons why the United States should not turn to communism as a form of government.

Only one reason: Communism is not a form of government- it's an economic system. Neither pure Communism nor pure Capitalism can work. The only thing that can, and the only economic systems that have ever existed, are somewhere in the middle. The economic systems that seem to be working best are the European Socialist systems.

1) Communism is impossible. Every communist you talk to always mentions:"It has never been given a REAL chance". I disagree- it has been given every chance. And it fails every single time. 2) Marx never practiced it, he snubbed 'lower' class commies during his own lifetime. And he sponged off of his friends to get through life. Thus all of his 'works' were never given a field test, and given a chance to fail. 3) I'd revolt. It wouldn't matter if it was Republican Commies, Democratic Commies, or what have you commies. The only ones who seem to get into power in communism are those who have no interest in allowing it to fail.
