  • Go to feedback ( http://www.answerbag.com/feedback_edit ), type in your problem, and the staff will probably confirm for you.
  • Could your ISP be blocking anything from the AB site? It might be worth contacting your ISP help desk.
  • What i did, and it worked: email admin@answerbag.com from the email account you are trying to confirm and give your username. that technically proves that you are at the email you provided.
  • I had the same problem, eventually I just used an alternet email address. It worked immediately with the new address.. Good Luck
  • Umm, get someone to send you an email? That would make the best test, to me . . . .
  • What program are you using? Roadrunner? MSN? Etc. And are you downloading from MS Outlook or Express? Etc.
  • Hi insaner, try this it has worked for everyone I have told it to: I wrote an email to admin@answerbag.com with the basic details below: I have tried to get my confirmation email with no success can you confirm manually please to: (put YOUR email address here} this is the (first, second, third,etc) email I have sent regarding this, regards. (ALSO, check your spam/junk message folder because it may be in there)
  • if you used 'hotmail' forget it , open up a yahoo email account (its free) then come back to AB and give them the email account ... you should have your confirmation email shortly after that ...why? AB seems to work with yahoo email and not 'hotmail'... good lock and welcome to AB..:)+
