My cell phone won't charge. I put it on the charger for 8 hours or more and it still says low battery.

it happened to mine also, maybe something in the connections is broken. take it to your cell phone provider it should take less then an hour to fix...

Hear is what i would do. Open the battery cover, if there is any, and then get another battery,*a new one*, and put it in. Close the phone and power up. Let the phone battery go right down to a point that it cannot come back on, and then recharge it. Then continue using as normal.

It could be the battery or the brass things on the phone, where you plug it in, get dirty sometimes. I took mine to Verizon last week and they cleaned the brass things with a soft tooth brush and electronic cleaner. charges just fine now.
