YES, in fact Europeans are more likely to say CURRENCY than MONEY. So to recap, Europeans use the C word more frequently than do Americans.

The only European countries that speak English are the United Kingdom and Ireland and I'm sure that that word is held in as low regard there as it is wherever you live. It's interesting to note that the nearest equivalent in Spanish, although not used in polite conversation, isn't as bad as it is in English.

From what I have heard, yes they do. It's apparently more versitile in Europe too.

I would bet in every country C or similars are used, in Italy we refer to both male and female genitals when are very angry;-)
