    Absolutely Not. Felons are still living, breathing human beings - whatever crime they may have committed. Firstly, to carry out such experiments on prisoners would breach their human rights and secondly, most professional medical personnel take the hyppocratic oath where they swear to preserve and save lives - not to take them.
