Whats a good place to start out if you want to get into the Art Field but not having any experience, is it possible? (ex: Fine Arts, Art History, Illustration)

Take some classes at the local community college. This is a good way to get some good ideas, advice and access to materials and information to help you find a direction. It wouldn't hurt to join a local arts association and volunteer at the local art gallery. Dive in and start thrashing around! You will find things that will guide you in the direction you want to go.
