No, they should not. They obviously have a very strong bond. Love is something that should not be disturbed. They chose each other over every other person in the whole world. Love is inevitable. It should not be stopped.

No. The reasoning behind forbidding sibling marriages is for procreation purposes involving birth defects. After 20 years, I imagine that potential damage would be done. The real question is, if they have kids, should they tell them?
