Why can't you "Turn the other cheek" like you're supposed to?
-
Why are so many Christians (and people of all faiths) so afraid of people of other faiths that they're willing to slaughter them in the name of their possibly non-existant god?
-
None are. Why am I not shocked that reality and your impression of it are so different from each other.

Just a thought, but it could be possible to maybe ask questions that aren't all the same subject. Get some variety. I'm not an atheist, but do you really think that you're going to change the beliefs of people you've never met through the internet. If anyone loses their beliefs because of bashing by anonymous postings then their beliefs weren't really that strong to begin with.

Why are you Christians so afraid of anything that questions your faith? Why do you always hate that which does not agree with your imperfect understanding of a particular version of a poorly translated copy of a poorly translated copy of a poorly translated copy of a poorly translated copy of a story about a Jewish carpenter with delusions that he was the son of God and the charisma to make people believe him that liked long before many of the author's great-great-grandparents were born?

They're not and it's not out of fear. It's more like "Why can't Christians leave everyone else alone?" Or "Why are so many Christians afriad to to have their philosophy challenged by non-Christians or to learn about others?" Or "Why are so many Christians so agianst anyone who's not like them?"

Perhaps you are mistaking fear for disinterest. I cannot speak for everyone but conversation with any 'god-loving' Christian (or other denomination), is akin to arguing with a person who believes that fairies reside at the bottom of the garden. How interesting and stimulating is that?

Test my philosophy all you like, I welcome the challenge. I doubt you could put up any decent arguments against proven science. I would willingly taken you on in a debate, if I thought you wouldnt cry like a little girl when you were roundly beaten. I studied at a seminary for three years before concluding that religion and superstition does bnothing but make men hateful and fearful. Now be a good boy, and run along.

None are.

I am unaware of any atheists who are afraid of challenges to their philosophy. At the same time, I see no need to defend it.
