I just put (washed) breasts into air fryer and fry until proper temp (165F, I think). They come out nice, really juicy, every time.

  • I agree you're probably overcooking it. But since you didn't say how you cooked it, at what temp, and for how long we can't be sure. Most chicken comes with ten percent salt water added to begin with.
