When Answerbag members ask questions without adding question marks "?" - how do you know if it's a question or a statement?

I'd say to ask them, but you know how easily offended they can be. I can understand not doing well in school despite the fact that it's never too late to improve oneself. I can even understand, to a degree, that they don't want to improve themselves. But there are other options like Grammarly (that doesn't cost anything) that works quietly in the background to help create proper spelling and grammar. You'd think they'd be smart enough to look into that. But...(shrug) - what are you going to do? You can't pound good grammar into their heads. If there's anything I don't understand about a question, I'll just pass on it.
