No. Why? Because that is not an example of a SYSTEM (not in the sense that "system" is being used in the term "systematically racist"). That is an example of individual racism, not systematic racism.

Not if you're a black Conservative in California. He can also be accused of white supremacy. Whatever supports the Democratic agenda is allowed.
