  • I just asked the same question. the answer is ... probably. I would put happy in your heart if I could.
  • I would talk to a doctor and let them know what your going through , they should be able to help you , sounds like depression
  • Before you let your mind drive you into thinking things that aren't true and have yourself all upset, go to the Dr. I do the same thing sometimes. You hear about so much stuff pretty soon you have the same symptoms. Go get checked out, and be safe. No matter what it is it's never as bad as we think. Good luck. hope you feel better soon. :)
  • All i can say is to go see a doctor and tell them the symptoms you are going through, Is there a particular reason you are going from happy to sad at the drop of a hat? Has anything major happened in your life recently?
  • It's impossible to diagnose someone's mental condition over the internet. But from my knowledge those conditions are more extreme than what you are describing. A manic episode is more than a good mood - it's an extreme burst of energy. It's staying up two days straight to spontaneously paint your house blue. What you describe sounds more like alternating between a happy mood and a sad one, which is fairly normal. If you feel that something is wrong, then that's something for you to explore. That's definately a sign that you are unhappy for some reason and maybe should talk to someone about it. But don't panic about diagnoses like Bipolar, which are very serious conditions with very specific criteria, without talking to a doctor.
