No. Vaccines only work on viral disease. Alzheimer's is a genetic disease, and dementia is a symptom of any disease (viral, bacterial, fungal, genetic, prion, etc.) that degenerates the brain. So there is no way for a vaccine to prevent Alzheimer's or to prevent dementia in general.
