  • I think so. I mean that's what I do. I can't have pork so that is how I make do.
  • Well, it has a tiny bit less saturated fat - which is a plus, but it's usually pretty high in sodium, which isn't. I don't worry about it too much because I don't eat bacon every day, and I know that the fat that you eat doesn't translate into fat storage in the body.
