Make sure you wash your hair at least once a week. Change pillowcases at least once a week. Eat veggies high in vit. A or take a supplement of vit. A (10,000 units a day, till you see results). Don't drink coke or pepsi, limit coffee and tea to one cup a day. Eat a balanced diet and regular meals. Don't eat a lot of candy or ice cream (a serving is o.k., but don't eat these things in place of a meal).

Drink plenty of water. Avoid fatty and salty foods. Remember to cleanse your face daily and don't wear oily make-up... try to avoid make up all together... Also stay away from excessive amounts of sugar. You could be suffering from hormonal acne which I have great experience in. Nothing can cure hormonal acne but certain types of contriceptive pills will help. I use Diana ED 35

adult acne is more rare than acne in your teen years......contrary to popular belief, certain foods do not cause acne........it is just something that most people had to deal with growing up.....wash your face many times a day.....eat nutritious food......stay healthy....you will outgrow all of your skin problems eventually...take care....Brian....
