  • If you are looking for answers that will change your life, you have to look within yourself. It always helps to see what people say, but at the end of the day, it's YOUR LIFE! I wouldn't look to this source for advice on whether to see my doctor if I haven't been feeling well, but once I've made the appointment I might float my symptoms to see how the users here do in anticipating what is wrong. I use answerbag to fill in gaps in my knowledge--it's a powerful tool when hundred of thousands people pool what they know and are willing to take a minute to share it with those of us who are searching.
  • Yes I have. I have to say that I have only positive things to say about using it. The staff got back to me right away and the issue was always resolved.
  • i cant say that i have used it yet but when i need to, ill let you know my opinion later.
  • Not yet. Have a couple of questions out there with some answers (restaurants, health info). Will let you know how the advice panned out.
  • Yes, I have. Many times. ON a scale of 1-10 (10 being outstanding), I rate FB somewhere between 9 and 10. To the best of my knowledge, Rich and Joel read every FB submission. While you might have to wait a couple of days for a response (if you request one) and you may not always agree with that response, you can feel confident that they do consider your input. Of course, sometimes feedback is simply a head's up on trolls or grossly inappropriate behavior - and they take action on stuff like that ASAP. In summary, I believe the FB system on AB works very well.
