  • Memory cards don't last forever. A discussion going on at Microsoft in fact talks about this in an interesting way. Were you aware for example, that an SD card for a PDA or digital camera, each "sector" of it can only be written to around 1,000 times before it becomes unwritable? The discussion at Microsoft is about how Vista optimises USB pens and the like for it's "Speedboost" function without wearing them out rapidly. So, to answer your question, it sounds like the memory card is simply worn out. If it's old, throw it away and buy a new one. If it's new, don't buy from that source again - they may be putting old stock in new containers.
  • mine did the same but a got some tape and taped the memory card up and it saves now the corrupted data can not be deleted
