In Revelation, is the Bible talking about ghosts? The Bible says that Jesus will gather his people and the "dead." So who are the dead?

Not in Revelations, I meant 1Thessalonians 4:16-17 For the Lord Himself shall descend from Heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God. And the DEAD in Christ shall rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air. And so we shall ever be with the Lord. So who are the dead? And is the Bible talking about ghosts?

The dead are the people who have died before the coming back. He and God will rise them from the dead, but in a holy way... not a ghostly way.
