Never. Nicky Richie never went to jail but she has the brains amongst the two little peas in a pod. I think she wisened up and may actually not be taking the wheel as often. This was a horrible experience for her and sobered her up to the point that if she wants to party again, it doesn't make sense to be behind the wheel. This is the extent of the lesson that I truly think she has learned.
