i know what you are going through (if its you) in this situation because ive been there myself. the best thing you can do is be with people who love you and care for you. go and see a doctor and he may tell you that you are depressed and may put you on some medication or if not might put you in touch with someone you can speak to, to try and get to the bottom of why you fell this way.

No it would be far far worse... Who's is going to fight against injustice and humor failure 24 hours a day?

When I feel that way, I try to think about all the people that need dooming and that I'm the only person that is going to lie about planning to do it. Then I feel better.

I hibernate from the world for a bit :D

I tend to isolate, which is not the correct thing to do. Isolation makes things worse. I remind myself that someone in the throws of deep depression often thinks this. Often someone like that (I have been there many times) thinks that, by their very presence, they are harming those who love them. I know that this is a trick of my mind. That does not make the feeling go away, but knowing that this is a trait that is actually documented in psychological texts helps me combat it.

well re think your situation, don t be so hard on your self. dont think so seriously; Heck if Im still walking around, there is Plenty of promis for you.! remember; LIFE: Life is not about how fast you run, or how high you climb, but how well you bounce. Do not regret growing older... It is a privilege denied to many! Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away. Remember: "Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - strawberries in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO! ! What a Ride!" Good friends are like stars.... You don't always see them but you always know they are there REMEMBER, GROWING OLDER IS MANDATORY...GROWING UP IS OPTIONAL. We make a Living by what we get, We make a Life by what we give God promises a safe landing, not a calm passage. If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it. 'Veni, Vedi, Velcro' - I came, I saw, I stuck around. 'Veni, Vedi, Visa' - I Came, I Saw, I Did a Little Shopping 'Veni, Vedi, Vamoose' - I came, I saw, I ran like hell look we all get dumped on, I more than most, if Im still here no reason you should not be, MY brother offed himself, the only ones he hurt was me and our parents. just cool your heels and take a breath !

Tell the Devil to get away from you in the name of Jesus. You're not worthless. God saw you as worth sending His Son Jesus Christ to die for you and shed His precious blood for you on the cross. God loves you and created you for a purpose, and you can be a great impact for the better in the lives of others. If you're thinking like this, please remember that you are hear for a purpose. Your Creator, the Lord Jesus Christ, loves you more than you can imagine. :) -In the Master's service. Thank you and God bless you!

This is not an uncommon feeling at some stage in most peoples' lives, but if it comes back and back, and seems to be getting worse, then you have depression. Depression, contrary to most people's folk wisdom, is not something you can "snap out of" or get rid of by thinking of all the people who are worse off than you, because, in the thinking of a depressive, there IS no one worse off. This is because depression is a chemical reaction in the body. It probably results from the suppression of the body's natural ability to produce chemicals such as seratonin, which could have happened years before. In cases where you feel like this, you should seek help. Your local GP is the first port of call. Talk it over with them. They might prescribe tablets for a time, to get the system working again. And they might also recommend professional counselling to find out what caused the malfunction and establish new life patterns to prevent it happening again. But take it seriously. It is quite common. But it can usually be treated. And, when you come through the other side, you will realise that the world benefits from your being in it. It really does. All the best.
