So why dont people who 'minus and run' grow a pair and leave an answer or comment saying it is them? why minus from the shadows you sallys? Afraid of retaliation?

I allways try to state why I downgrade people, it gives them a chance to argue their point and quite often I end up removing the minus as a result of the comments!

I think you are right King, so many people say they are uprating . How many do you see honest enough to admit to Down Rating? Very few. It shows now on your profile if you are one of the hit and run crowd.People can tell what your positive percentages are, and a lot of smiling faces seem to have some pretty low percentages.

Some answers are so stupid or obscene that it really doesn't require a comment to explain why you've downrated it. Other times I just don't feel like getting into it. As Mr. Cannabis pointed out, people become enraged when you point out inaccuracies in their answers.
