  • Jesus is the SON of god.
  • Jesus is not the Father. He is the Son.
  • Jesus is the SON of god.
  • "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God... and the Word was made flesh, and dwealt among us..." St. John, chapter one. Jesus IS God. End of story. However, God is omnipresent, so either way, it doesn't matter. Also, the "Our Father..." prayer was never meant to be prayed literally. That would be vain repetition, and Jesus spoke out quite firmly against that. The disciples asked HOW to pray, and he was giving them an acceptable example of an effective prayer: ((this isn't a direct quote... I'm doing this from memory...)) "Our father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name (worship) thy kingdome come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven (submitting yourself to His will) give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our debts, as we forgive those who are indebted to us and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil (supplication and repentance) for Thine is the Kingdom, the power and the glory for ever, amen. (praise)"
  • Jesus is the Son of God, and He is God in the flesh (John 1:1-14, John 3:16). The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are one in the same (I John 5:7). Jesus instructed us to pray to the Father, but there is also recorded in the Bible of His disciples praying to Jesus (Acts 7:59-60). There is also Scriptural evidence from the words of Christ Himself that we can pray to Him (John 14:13-14). Jesus is also called "the everlasting Father" in Isaiah 9:6 (capital "F" as God the Father has). They are One. I hope that this is helpful. -In the service of the Master. Thank you and God bless you!
  • Jesus would not have called --himself-- the Father; he referred to himself as the Son of Man. So the answer to your question is no.
