What was wrong in my question on 18th June 2007 that "Answerbag" declared it as offensive question? Question : ("Now-a-days, our life is so fast, monotracked and lifeless, that I bet you don't remember what you had for lunch 24 hours ago.)"

I think the topic is worth discussing. My guess is that someone flagged it because it's not a question... it's a statement. Try re-wording it in a way which turns it into a question, and I think you'll be fine.

It's not a question. It's your opinion. IF you have a question you might want to try rewording it. If you're unsure, think about what you might say if someone was standing in front of you. Or, something that ends with a question mark (?). Also, "Answerbag" didn't declare it offensive, someone flagged it because it wasn't a question, just a statement. Your opinion. My suggestion is to rethink your strategy.
