Yes. Your subconscious is pushing something through to your conscious. The dream itself most likely has no connection to the true "thought", of what is bothering you. Remember you are everything and everyone in your dream. The house is you, and the person chasing is you. The reaccurance of the same dream gives you time to mentally prep for it. i have had a recurring dream for about 20 years. this dream was very vivid and it had to do with 2 girls,one i cannot identify.after consulting with my priest,he told me i should go back to my village and make peace with my childhood friends. it has been about 5 years since i did that and i no longer have that dream. perhaps you need to re-visit that old house.
