Omgili.com might be a place to look… it seems to pull results from discussion boards, etc. Although it doesn’t seem like you could ask anyone a question… Another option is Searchles.com. A new one I’ve just taken a look at is Faimous.com – it seems to be more down your alley. It claims to combine both the elements of search engine with community – a social way of searching, basically. I’ve tried it out and it seems useful. You might wanna give it a shot.

I heard about this new site called Faimous.com. Yup, that’s with an “i”. It claims to combine both the elements of search engine with community – a social way of searching, basically. I’ve tried it out and it seems useful. You might wanna give it a shot. But be warned, it is still developing and maybe prone to some bugs, etc.

I often turn to Google more often than not for reliabilty, but I've started to use Faimous recently. The results are occasionally great, and occasionally quite bad. I suspect the more people who use it, the better it might be. But for a scatterbrain like me, I quite appreciate how I am able to gather all my links, thoughts, and to-do's in one place. Much improvement to be done, as it's still in its beginner stages...
