  • None. But I want 2 go through that experience 2 save some1's life.
  • You should only use these calls for emergencies. It's not funny when an ambulance comes and you say that it was a false alarm. I've only made 2 calls in my lifetime though.
  • I have made lots of them. Mostly to get the cops here to stop all the fights people get into around here. Bunch of drunk idiots yelling and screaming at two am. The one that did the most good was calling on the guy next door beating up in his girlfriend. Turns out he was a sex offended living where he shouldn't have with her and her teenage daughter, young son, and their new baby. The last time was for the new neighbors. They were gone in a week.
  • I've made two calls in my life: 1. For an ambulance when my sister had a seizure. 2. For the police when there was a person pounding on my sliding glass door late one night. I considered both of these to be true emergencies. Otherwise, for minor issues, I call the non-emergency number.
  • Only 2..one for an asthma attack and one for when I rented out my basement..they were doing drugs. i will never rent out again.
  • none so far, although last night someone made that call for me.
  • Only once. My husband was in a pesticide coma and had stopped breathing. He had been stung by wasps and then used a spray on them. He reacted badly to the spray and almost died. The EMTs got there just in time, they said. Very scary! I wouldn't want to ever do that again. I don't care if I never have to call 911 ever again.
  • My nephew and a few of his friends decided to break into the local high school and steal golf carts, break in and destroy the schools kitchen and took used there razor scooters and totalled a brand new school districts car bashing it for 30 minutes. How i found out about it is there so dumb,They called me to pull 1 of the golf carts out of a mud hole. The golf cart had the name of the school on the side of it.I made them tell me what they did and i called 911 right then and there. The cops couldn't belive that i called them.Right is right and wrong is wrong. He'll be off probation in 5 yr's when he's 18.
  • Two. The first time when my brother (accidentally) set the house on fire. Fortunately, though the fire department ripped out a few windows, ceilings and walls to be SURE it hadn't spread, the fire was put out with a fire extinguisher, and was not as bad as it could have been. The second time when my daughter had fallen down four steps onto tile/cement onto her head and I thought she'd at LEAST fractured her skull from the dent in her forehead! Turned out she was okay, and I got to say "never mind, I'll just take her to the doctor to get her checked" but the 911 operator seemed to think it was a good call anyway, even if I was over-reacting.
  • I've made one 999 call and one 112 call - same thing, just different parts of the world. 999 because of an assault and 112 because a neighbour collapsed.
