Stick to bright orange and dark green veggies but no spinach or broccoli. Cut them very small. Try cooked sweet potato and even carrot tops if you can find them. Most fruits are fine but be careful they don't spoil. I find berries, like raspberries and blueberries go moldy quick in the warmth of a house. SOme birds like unsalted popcorn and rice Krispies. Just be sure if you feed them processed foods that they don't have zinc in them as zinc can stay stored in their livers. Do not feed avocados or citrus just in case they are toxic to your bird.
