I have been accused of being a constant worrier..do you think some people just worry to much?

I know that I worry more than I should. Always about little things too. So, I try to not care about anything. Still doesn't work....

Yes, some people worry about everything and it contributes to anxiety and unhappiness. Best to place things in God's hands and know things will work out the way they are supposed to work out.

Yes, ya'll worry to much. There is nothing to worry about folks, it's just life, all ya gotta do is live it, trust me, you won't have anything to worry about when your dead.

Watch the movie "The Secret". We tend to attract what we focus on. So if you worry about negatives (which is a definition of worry) you will attract negatives in your life. On the other hand, if you focus on joy and love nad abundance, that is what you will attract in your life. Can you change...of course. How, by doing it. But it's like any other habit, you have to train yourself to focus on the abundance in your life rather than the concerns you have about the future. Begin by writing, every morning, the positive things you intend to do that day. Every evening write down the positive things you did or that happened to you. Only the positive. Focus on them. Simply ignore the negative. Keep doing this. Think about positive things during the day. Keep at it. It's worth it. It will change your life.

realistically speaking there is no one who does not worry about anything...maybe the reason that you find yourself in such a state is coz there is no one near you on whom you can trust and place half your problems on .the person who accused you did not understand that you were just talking out

yeh I think some people have of a habit of worring too much, my hub naimly being one of them. I feel worries' actually accompish their goals, why worries' do maybe it's cause they actually care more. I like what the duke stated "theres nothng more scarier than someone who says he doesnt fear, u should stay away from these kind of poeple they're not only dangerouse but fools." Annie
