  • Yes, when I was part of the honour guard at a funeral. One person started giggling and within seconds a dozen 30 and 40 year olds were trying to suppress fits of giggles. I think it's a natural reaction to some forms of stress.
  • Yes, when I got everything in the divorce. Court wasn't out yet, but the look on the ex's face did it for me! HA HA....
  • Yes, as a member of a wedding party. The harder I tried to control myself the harder I laughed.
  • Hahahahaha...sorry. Yes, I do.
  • If I am nervous I do. I think it's a reaction to stress.
  • Yeh, one of my old school mates asked me not to laugh when he told me what was wrong with him; apparently his left testical had got...stuck and never actually dropped so he had to have it medically treated. i felt so bad for laughing it was so inappropriate.
  • At wedding during a mass, as the vows where being given a fly was buzzing around the microphone. I started laughing so hard, because other where to.
  • I really tried not to, really... . . .
  • Yes, and too many times to count. It's a habit.
  • I have had fits of laughter during church services. Got in trouble for it, too. But the laughing was so satifying I didn't care.
  • i know this is horrible but everytime somebody falls down i laugh.....i try to hold it in until i know they're ok~but my initial reaction is to laugh :))
  • sorry...:( i did not realize that you were serious!
  • My sister took a picture of herself right when she found out she was pregnant. It was a really happy moment for her so tears were just streaming down her face. When she showed me the picture, I laughed and said "who the hell took this picture?!" She did not find it as funny as I did.
  • Not laughed but I did smile and giggle as I was saying I was sorry about someone's passing to a relative. I was just so nervous and upset it came out. They understood, though as I apologized later and they said it was okay.
  • Yes, but it was so inappropriate that I don't even want to say the example.
  • probably, but it's so embarrasing that I try to forget about it. On the same note, I remember watching a video about the Holocaust, and this guy said "cool" when it showed the massive piles of bodies. Needless to say the teacher almost murdered him. And another time, I said, "Do you think we should tell them about the illegal immigrants we have in the hold?" as Dover customs control came through the coach. Thankfully, the people didn't hear me.
  • At my grandfather's funeral, as the coffin was being cremated, I heard someone say "how do we know if he's really dead?" and I went hysterical. I know it was inappropriate but having a sense of humour about certain situations really helps you deal with them. I also cackle in an evil manner when I see someone fall over or hurt themselves in a comical manner (as long as they're not really hurt of course). I've just got back from Ibiza where I went into hysterics watching a sunbed fold itself in on some poor unsuspecting bloke lol
  • Yes but honestly, I can't remember when it was.
  • Yes. My friend had a really bad cough (REALLY BAD). We had got changed for PE and the teacher came up, we all fell silent, and my friend started coughing. Sir said: "Can't you do anything about that cough?" Elliot (my friend) looked over his shoulder as though it was someone else. I thought it was hilarious, and gave a really high pitched laugh, which didn't impress the teacher ("Did I say something funny?").
  • I laugh at car crashes. I don't know why, but they're really funny to me. Also, there was this one priest who I used to listen to in church, and his voice was so ridiculous that I couldn't help but to laugh at it. I got in a lot of trouble for that in Catholic school, because I would laugh at him at least once a week.
  • If there's ever a stressful situation where I think to myself, "Imagine what a bad time this is to just randomly laugh for no reason", I laugh. I was at a funeral for someone I didn't know, and this happened. I was in the very front row of the church. The preacher stopped talking, and I could feel a thousand eyes on the back of my head.
