Did God make those with the most intelligence and/or healthiest biological chemistry beautiful to be sure they would reproduce? I think the answer is obviously no in both cases. Beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder.

First let me say that I am offended by the question. Then let me say that 'those of limited mental capacity' are beautiful in God's eyes. Thirdly, let me remind you that God gave these good people the same sex drive as anyone else, and even if those with 'unlimited mental capacity' do not find them attractive, they are certainly attractive to each other. They also have the same need for security and intimacy with another human being as everyone, another gift from God. They can and do establish families and, even though they may need a bit more in the way of support services, they can be very loving parents, just like all of us. They are part of the diversity of our common humanity, which fortunately does not rely on a narrow definition of 'attractive' in order to be pleasing to God.
