Not me, that's nasty, theres piss on the floor and god knows what else.

I have before, in socks once too. It's discusting for sure. I slept on the floor of the plane once and it totally reaked! It was nasty.

It's funny how 3 out of 4 answers so far is a big "NO!" because in reality majority of passengers go in there with socks! I know because I work on the plane. I agree, it's DISGUSTING! People miss-aim all the time!

ummm, I certainly don't. There might be pathogens all over the lavatory walls and have you even considered the seats??? Always have some disinfectant wipes with you, for safety purposes.
