Somebody who takes care of you, loves you, worries about you, and will always be there for you. It has absolutely nothing to do with blood, just the relationship that you have with that person.

Someone who does more than just the act of giving birth. Someone who loves her children more than anything else in life. Unselfish and giving. See picture of my mother with my daughter.

Being a mother means that you are the caring, nurturing, loving female parent (not nesacarily biological) to a child. It should not be synomomus with giving birth to a child becuase any crack-whore can do that, and I don't think anyone will argue me, that crack-whores are not mothers. Being a mother means putting your child first, before your own well being. Any mother who has ran into a street after thier toddler *in the nick of time* knows what I mean.

This is based on my experiences so please don't take this personally: Mother is someone who bitches at you all the time. If you happen to make the noise so much as to open a cookie jar while she is sleeping in her seperate bedroom, she would wake up and yell at you for doing so. She would also lie to your father about how badly you behaved so he would feel sympathetic towards her and she is someone who would never call you when you are away from home but if you call her, she would have a list of things she wants you to get for her All Ready.
