  • The statement "I was wondering. Question?" Makes absolutely no sense to me. I am not quite clear on your question, but I write the statement "I was wondering" like this: "I was wondering..." if it is not a complete thought. Or "I was wondering." If you were wondering in general. and I guess "I was wondering?" you could say if someone mentioned that you had been wondering. "I was wondering. Question?" Still make no sense to me.
  • "i was wondering." is a complete sentence, however i can't even think of a time i would use it.. like shelby said if you were wondering about something, you would say, "i was wondering, do you like my shirt?" you use a comma to ask a question that begins with the declaration "i was wondering." if you wanted to make a statement with the declaration "i was wondering," you would say something like "i was wondering if you wanted to go to the mall."
  • It's a declarative sentence. You're telling the other person what you wondered about when you say, "I was wondering ____." Example: "I was wondering if you'd loan me a million dollars." EDIT: msummers10, in reference to your comment - what you're doing, basically, is quoting yourself. If you're going to use "I was wondering..." I believe the proper way to write it is: I was wondering, "Do you like ducks?" I hope this helps.
