  • Could she get more famous? No, she doesn't deserve forty five days in jail. She deserves MORE. And there is no reason she should get special treatment.
  • As I understand it, she continued driving after a previous arrest and ban for drunk driving, she ignored the law and must pay the price. She should have no special treatment, but it is hard to see how she could be more famous than she is now.
  • She broke the law and could have endangered live and therefore deserves to be imprisoned. She should not receive special treatment, that would entirely undermine the justice system in place. Hopefully prison will give her the taste of reality she sorely needs, although I'm sure she'll be able to wrangle her way out of it somehow. If it happens, I'm sure theres no doubt the resulting media attention will result in her being more famous - unfortunately. Fame for being rich, dim and now a criminal. *Sigh*
  • Special treatment!!! What more could she want!!! She has a master bedroom with a master bath! She has a butler to bring her food!!! All she has to do is lay there like a tramp and do nothing while other's work around her!!! When she get's out they will be talking about her some more and more and more!!! I wish she'd get lost in one of the hotels!
  • I'm gonna catch a lot of feminist flack for this; I think that snooty, uppity bitch's only claim to fame should be her picture in the dictionary next to the acronym for Can't Understand Normal Thinking! She's already skated justice more than an average person could. She deserves MORE time served, plus some community service in a homeless shelter or some other way to open her eyes to what the real world is like. Ladies I apologize for use of the "C"-word reference, please put away your pitch-forks and torches!
  • Yes. No (but she should not be allowed to be mistreated while in there either) Probably, but that is the way of the world. Maybe if we refuse to buy the mags or watch the shows, the disgust we feel might be felt.
  • She made a reality show called the simple life, now she's going to be an Akon fan after this.
  • She deserves whatever jail time the judge sentenced her to serve. After I read that she "didn't know her license was suspended" while driving 45MPH over the speed limit in darkness with her headlights off, I have no sympathy whatsoever. She should serve the same time as anyone else. As for being more famous, people get more famous from prison time spent doing some spectacularly intelligent crime. Since Paris Hilton is incapable of doing anything intelligent, let alone spectacularly intelligent, all she'll be famous for is if she does a "Prison Lesbian" video while behind bars.
