  • A lot of it is to do with intimidation, body language and tone of voice I think. Being assertive is sticking to your point of view and saying what you expect without being intimidating.Being agressive intimidates the other person and often involves raising your voice, evading a person's personal space, pointing the finger etc;using bullying tactics.
