If God made the universe, or started the Big Bang, how did God come about from nothing?

I think of it like this,He was Just always there,no one created him,he was just there.I dont have the words to explain it but I'll try not to sound confusing, so he was just THERE!,you know what I mean?its like a the rule of the universe or something.You do know what I mean right?

Exactly... What are the chances of a being so massive and complex and powerful it can create a universe just "happening to be..."?

i figure he was always there. any way you look it, something had to either come from nothing, or always be there. so, i figure god was always there.

We are a linear species, we live from time a to time b in a linear way. Our brain is not meant to understand infinite or non-linear type of existance, we just can't. My theory is that if someone was to understand the nature of god, his mind would shatter.

He or She was always in the spirit form until he took the human form of Man in Jesus, then he went back to the spirit form, but appears in us of those that believe in any denomination or call upon his various names be it Jesus, Allah, Yahwey ..........

Trust me, there are a lot less mysterious questions than that that need to be answered first before you can begin to understand the answer to this one. One step at a time, line upon line, precept upon precept. I don't think anyone can answer this for you on Earth. God himself would have to reveal it.

the creator is the only thing that is truly timelessly infinite. it has always existed and will always exist even though we cant understand things that don't have a beginning and and end because we are searching for a definite answer. our universe could be one "big bang bubble" out of gods timeless bubble blower. god = 3 and number of universes is = significant figures after the decimal place in â•¥

God did not 'come about'! If he did then something would be more godly than God. God has always been and will always be. He pre-dates time which started at the Big Bang. Nothing can exist without an 'observer' (Observer Effect / quantum measurement problem) so God has caused the universe by watching it. The only 'space' or reality outside of all creation is God.

Nothing made God, he made creation, therefore there was NO creation BEFORE God... He has been since forever, trust me, if you don't understand, that's normal. NOBODY can rap their minds around that. :)
