  • Yeah, all the time. I get disappointed when I don't stick with things that I find taxing or difficult. However, I'm *starting* to learn that there's no point in being disappointed; disappointment in itself doesn't help me much, it's negative and if anything holds me back by dwelling on something that's done. I like to think about WHY exactly I feel disappointed with myself and getting back to the root of it, rather than focussing on the actual disappointment. This way I can learn more about myself and my actions, helping me make more positive decisions in the future.
