That's the theory the character Christian Troy advocated on 'Nip/Tuck'. Personally, I wouldn't rely on it. While hot temperatures can negatively affect the germ cells that produce sperm in the testicles, testosterone production and sperm, there's always a chance that some of those swimmers are still swimming.
