Nerve issues can be felt in the back when pressed correctly or incorrectly.
It is possible that the nerve in your right arm is already under more stress than the one in your left arm. Thus when you press on the right one it reacts stronger than the left one so you can feel it along the length.
The funny bone is not a bone, it is one of two nerves running from the arm, that one extends to the neck.

of course if the nerve you are pressing is causing pain in your back where it doesn't run then it is affecting other nerves as well which could be indicative of a health issue that a doctor should be informed about.
