Is it your civic duty to vote every time there is an election of some sort, or doesn't it matter whether you do or not?

Yes I think that if you are able to vote you should. Then it is so much more fun to be able to bitch about everything the candidate or Party does in the following years.( Particularly if your candidate or party loses the election) I think too many of us think our one vote is unimportant. The enemy of Democracy is apathy IMO(.
