All cells in the human body have undergone mitosis except for germ cells (Sperm and Ova), which undergo meiosis to become haploid cells, and many such as stem cells undergo mitotic cells division quite frequently, depending on circumstances. Many of your somatic cells, cells that have reached their final mission in life, will not divide again in their lives in normal situations.
